Job Description

Captra Staffing Corporation is one of the leading IT Solution and service provider with the mission to become the most successful, creative and ground- breaking IT consulting agency in Canada. We provide software development, computer assisted designing, troubleshooting and project management services.

For our office location at 380 wellington st, 6th floor tower B, London, Ontario, N6A 5B5, we are seeking for a Full Time – Office Administrator. Work is expected to be between 30 to 40 hours a week with the salary ranges between 25.00 to 35.00$ an hour.

Please note we are looking for a full time candidate. Other than the vacation period of 10 days per year, no benefits are provided. The work schedule will be between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no overtime or weekend work requirements.

Candidate should be able to communicate in English and possess minimum 1 year of working experience in the field, with a minimum of High School Certificate, or equivalent experience. The role does require performing minimal supervisory responsibilities on behalf of the employer, as and when required. Therefore, minimal supervisory experience is required.

Key responsibilities for the position are as follows:

Administer, record, and monitor the staff, employees and project contractors with regards to punctuality, work completion, project timeliness and deadlines, work fulfillment and scheduling etc.

Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Carry out administrative activities of establishment

Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation

Co-ordinate and plan for office services and utilities

Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Candidate will be required to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate should be able to multi task and show organizational traits. The work requires repititive tasks performance. Time management is essential for the work and for performing supervisory responsibilities.
